We purposely titled this page "Weight Management" instead of some other title like "Weight Loss," or "Lose Weight Quickly."
While there are great products and services for losing weight, and weight loss is a constant preoccupation with many women, we feel that it's more important to be comfortable with the body you have than to be concerned with losing weight.
Enjoy your body. It's the one you were given, and you are beautiful just the way you are.
And with that in mind, consider weight management as maintaining your comfortable weight, or even making lifestyle changes to gently and safely lose weight. But please don't obsess over it, just take positive steps in the right direction.
